The beloved Penny from The Big Bang Theory, Kaley Cuoco, is making headlines with a surprising revelation about her experience with Botox. In a recent interview, Cuoco, 40, shared that she underwent Botox treatments halfway through her iconic role, but the results were not what she expected.
Cuoco, who played the bubbly and beautiful Penny on the hit CBS comedy from 2007 to 2019, opened up on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast with Amanda Hirsch. She revealed, "I just wanted to do a little Botox. I did my forehead and all, and I was thrilled." But the excitement turned to shock when she returned to filming.
But here's where it gets controversial... Cuoco found herself unable to move her forehead, a crucial aspect of her character's expressions. She recalled, "I had to do these facial expressions, but nothing moved. My forehead was frozen, and it was noticeable." What's more, no one on set seemed to mention it, leaving Cuoco to wonder if they noticed but chose to stay silent.
Cuoco continued, "I couldn't believe how bad it looked, and that's when I realized we need to tone it down." Despite the incident, she still receives Botox injections but ensures her forehead is off-limits. She quipped, "I love a little Botox" and shared that she now focuses on the outer areas of her eyes and her neck.

She shared a funny anecdote about her fiancé's mother's partner repeatedly calling her 'Penny' during their first meeting, leaving her fiancé confused. Cuoco had to explain her famous role to him, and surprisingly, he still hasn't watched the show!
